Director, Corporate Strategy

Job Description Summary: The Director, Corporate Strategy supports key priorities of the enterprise strategy agenda including topics related to strategy development, cross-functional enterprise initiatives and enterprise critical routines.What You’ll Do for UsPartner and collaborate inside the department with various Sr. leaders, including the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, Vice President, Enterprise-Wide Initiatives & Strategic Transformation, Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, and Vice President, Enterprise Learning, as well as outside the department with Functions/OUs/Platform Services based on the priorities of the enterprise and the department.For priorities identified, be a critical project team member to deliver expectations. Drive own work-stream effectively with limited guidance, demonstrating initiative and the ability to be self-driven; proactively raise issues and challenges that occur along the way.Conduct analysis to provide initial recommendations for workstream that solve specific issues identified and that are sufficiently pragmatic.More broadly, demonstrate increasing understanding of the priorities of the function and take the initiative to surface opportunities to achieve them.Drive relevant analysis and insights (be able to offer initial implications of analysis), both individually and with the help of PS/OUs/Functions to support rotating priorities and share results in a digestible manner to Operating Committee.For specific workstreams, lead a network of peers and/or consultants to drive towards end-products and clear deliverables.Serve as a super user and advocate for enterprise-approved AI and digital productivity tools to enhance strategic analysis, accelerate insight generation, improve team productivity, and increase the quality and speed of deliverables.Share leading AI best practices, coach Strategy associates on effective use cases, and promote adoption of approved AI capabilitiesQualifications & Experience7-9 years of business experience, with experience in strategy, finance, or other generalist fieldsGraduate Degree in business, strategy or a related fieldAbility to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels, depending on priorities of the Strategy department, exemplifying network ways of workingAbility to partner with leaders of the Corporate Strategy team as well as the network of OUs/Functions/Platform Services.Strong problem solving - ability to be hypothesis-driven, drive from analysis to insights and implications, be comfortable taking in data and input from a variety of different sources, and to be structured and logical in thinkingStrong team player willing to help others out in team during projectsAnalytical with attention to detail but at the same time able to be 80:20, prioritize appropriately and to be comfortable with a certain amount of ambiguityAbility to rotate across priorities and multi-task, leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working closely with OUs/Functions/Platform Services, with stakeholder management capabilitiesOutstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) - ability to synthesize, some ability to pull disparate analyses together into a single narrative; some ability to develop visually compelling charts and create portions of crisply written white papers that focus on key messages.Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel (for analysis) and PowerPoint (for visual communication)Demonstrated experience using generative AI, automation, analytics, and digital productivity tools to improve business processes, enhance problem solving and decision making, data analysis, communication, and productivity in a business environmentCuriosity and aptitude for learning and applying new digital and AI capabilities, with the ability to translate technological advances into practical applications and outcomesKey Knowledge Required:Critical ThinkingData Analysis & InsightsProcess Management & ImprovementBusiness AcumenNetworking & InfluencingCollaborationAI-Enabled Productivity & Ways of WorkingDigital Tools Adoption & Change LeadershipBroad Expertise in:TechnologyAgile ways of workingComfort with ambiguityStorytellingThe Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
