CNA Van Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, therapy sessions, and other off-site activities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and transfers

• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and transportation

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Provide emotional support and empathy to residents and their families

CNA Van Driver Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred

• Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
