[Responsibilities]

- Perform electro-mechanical assembly on sub-assemblies and top-level assemblies
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and parts lists to guide assembly processes
- Execute wiring, component installation, circuit board installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
- Use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical racks, shelters, and cable assemblies
- Adhere to detailed instructions, maintaining quality and meeting blueprint tolerances
- Conduct setups and adjustments as required to ensure product accuracy
- Collaborate daily with supervisors and peers; may train others as needed

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related assembly experience
- Ability to follow detailed, step-by-step instructions
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly tools and techniques
- Capable of reading and interpreting assembly documentation

[Preferred Skills]

- Previous experience with cable harnessing, circuit board assembly, or hand soldering
- Familiarity with power tools in an industrial setting
- Experience working in a defense or manufacturing environment
