Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Exploration Kids Therapy We are seeking a passionate, neurodiversity‑affirming Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide evidence‑based therapy to children with diverse needs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services as directed by the supervising OT. Work with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and other conditions. Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising OT, focusing on sensory regulation, fine and gross motor skills, self‑care, and self‑regulation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to provide integrated care. Engage with families to support skill development beyond therapy sessions. NBCOT Certification and Colorado state licensure (or eligibility for licensure). Minimum of 2 years of experience working with neurodivergent clients (ASD, ADHD, Developmental Delays, etc.) preferred; new graduates with a strong passion for neurodiversity‑affirming care are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of sensory processing, self‑regulation, and fine/gross motor development. Strong communication and collaboration skills—teamwork is highly valued.
