Remote Senior SaaS Implementation Consultant

UpGuard is launching a new Professional Services function. This is Day 1, foundational—lead complex enterprise deployments and help write the SOPs that will scale a global team. You will partner with leadership to design repeatable methodologies and ensure successful outcomes.
You will translate client needs into technical specs, manage scope, and work with Sales and Product to improve the roadmap. This is a fully remote role with strong growth potential.
