Hightower Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric-focused private practice founded with the goal of providing quality care to children and their families. We are looking to grow our company and to add more dedicated staff to our team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations, and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients. Provide individualized therapy sessions to target each child\'s individual goals. Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure the carryover of learned skills into the child\'s daily life. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of daily sessions, patient progress, and treatment outcomes. Engage in discharge planning and provide caregiver education to ensure continued success post-treatment. Qualifications Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Alabama. OTR/L. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, teachers and colleagues. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility in adapting to various therapy scenarios.
