Shop Fabricator
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift fabrication in the Woodlawn area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/shift/benefits of shop fabricator.
$20 resume required with experience
1st shift 6:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday (work 36 hours paid for 40 hours)
Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the work and win program rent/mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of shop fabricator
- Operate computerized plate imaging equipment
- Image and develop aluminum printing plates
- Inspect, clean, and seal finished plates
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Pull and prepare materials for screen printing
- Assist with screen preparation and stencil setup
- Inspect printed plates for quality
- Prepare and color match inks for printing
- Assist with screen printing press setup and tear down
- Support screen printing operators and train on equipment as needed
Requirements of shop fabricator
- Experience with fabrication required or machine operating
- Experience with screen printing is a plus
- Ability to lift between 25-50lbs
- Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Requires good hand eye coordination, color vision and the ability to adjust between close and distance vision
