Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I The role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. If you are hired, you will be required to register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will receive dedicated training and coaching to obtain Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series66 exams. You will learn foundational advisory skills, provide client reviews and presentations, recommend financial strategies, and collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet the full spectrum of client needs. Responsibilities Obtain SIE, Series7, and Series66 licenses within the specified timelines (SIE within 30 days, Series7&66 within 120 days). Build and manage client relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to our full range of solutions. Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and maintain a consultative approach with clients. Work in a financial center and, if needed, initially in a phone‑based capacity until assigned to a suitable location. Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with background check and registration processes. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications. Required Qualifications Demonstrated aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions. Successfully creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and learn/adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Client experience, branding, solutions advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, portfolio management, prospecting, business acumen, executive presence, oral communications, risk management, trading skills. Schedule & Shift Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays, 1st shift (United States). 40 hours per week.
