Education LevelHigh School/GED## Description## Bench Jeweler### **Join the Springer’s Jewelers Service Team**Springer’s Jewelers is seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler to support our Service Department through high-quality jewelry repair, restoration, stone setting, and finishing work. This role is ideal for a craft-focused professional who takes pride in precision, workmanship, and delivering exceptional results that support an elevated client experience.As a Bench Jeweler, you will work closely with service coordinators, sales professionals, and fellow jewelers to complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with Springer’s quality and craftsmanship standards.### **What You’ll Do*** Perform jewelry repair, restoration, cleaning, polishing, and inspection services* Execute sizing, soldering, stone setting, prong repair, refinishing, and related bench work* Work with a variety of metals and materials, including gold, platinum, silver, and palladium* Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and accuracy* Communicate repair findings and technical considerations to service teams as needed* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bench environment* Support workflow efficiency and timely completion of assigned repairs* Follow company safety, quality, and operational standards### **Work Environment*** Extended periods of bench work and detailed craftsmanship* Frequent handling of small and delicate jewelry items* Use of jewelry repair equipment and tools* Flexibility to support peak business periods as needed### **Why Springer’s Jewelers**Springer’s Jewelers is a family-owned luxury jeweler with a long-standing commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and client care.
