Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Serving as a key resource within the Revenue Cycle team, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage complex functions related to invoicing, payments, and compliance while mentoring junior staff and developing training materials in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle processes and oversee the onboarding of new team members Analyze and implement procedural changes to enhance efficiency and maximize revenue Resolve client and audit issues, ensuring timely payment postings and compliance with regulations Required qualifications 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience Proficiency in MS Excel is required; knowledge of Access is strongly preferred Understanding of revenue cycle practices, with healthcare experience being a plus Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
