System Analyst

Supporting technology implementations, the full-time remote System Analyst will manage client data transactions, provide technical support, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective system operations. Key responsibilities Coordinate with managers and users to identify and prioritize system problems, providing on-call technical support as needed Manage client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and conduct routine analysis of data transactions to recommend solutions for production issues Train client HR partners on Bswift software and maintain system accuracy while ensuring compliance with third-party standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science, or information systems 2-3 years of application/system analysis or enrollment build experience preferred 2-3 years of insurance experience 1-2 years of experience with Bswift Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
