This role ensures a safe, clean, and efficient working environment by supporting daily housekeeping and waste management tasks.STRUCTUREReports directly to the Team Lead and People & Manufacturing Operations SpecialistWorks closely with production teams across all linesSupports overall facility cleanliness and safety standardsFollows established cleaning procedures and safety guidelinesRESPONSIBILITYPick up trash daily across all production linesSweep and clean production floors, including sewing areasCollect and transport trash to designated dumpstersBreak down and fold cardboard, placing it in the appropriate recycling containersMaintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including garden spaces and parking lotsEnsure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and hazard-freeFollow all safety procedures and facility guidelinesCommunicate effectively with employees across departmentsPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSPrevious custodial or janitorial experience preferredAbility to lift, carry, and move materials as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsWillingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environmentsAbility to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properlySKILLS COMPETENCIESStrong attention to cleanliness and detailGood communication skills and teamworkReliable and self-motivatedAbility to work independently and efficientlyStrong work ethic and sense of responsibilityAdaptability in a fast-paced production environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
