Hotel Assistant General Manager

Location: Homewood Suites, St. Louis Park, MN
Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Shift:

Full-time
Approx., 10am-7pm shifts
AM/PM/and overnight flexibility on weekends
Sunday afternoon/evening availability preferred
Typically 4 week days and 1 weekend day schedule

Pay: based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
Assist in hiring, training, developing, and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
Communicate clear expectations to associates and resolve guest complaints promptly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
