Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Synergetic Counseling P.C., your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Providing individual and group therapeutic sessions, utilizing engaging and interactive techniques suitable for a school setting.

• Maintaining comprehensive and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring that records adhere to HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for students.

• Participating in regular peer reviews and case consultations to continuously improve the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be responsible for managing a full caseload that primarily includes students ranging from elementary to high school. Each client presents unique challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
