Senior ServiceNow Performance Analytics Engineer

To support a high-visibility ServiceNow environment, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Performance Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting, dashboards, and KPI measurement solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions Create and manage KPI reporting focused on operational metrics and trends Analyze ServiceNow data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field 5-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics development Advanced SQL skills for backend data analysis and reporting validation Experience building interactive dashboards and KPI tracking solutions Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
