Our innovative Shine Community Services program focuses on a collaborative approach to provide in-home and community support to children and their families. In this exciting role, you'll work directly with kids, teaching essential life skills, daily activities, social interactions, and communication strategies.As you implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSP), you'll play a crucial part in addressing problem behaviors and fostering skill acquisition tailored to each child's unique needs.
