Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location: Thornton, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7A - 7P

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of telemetry needs, including cardiac, neuro, and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct neurovascular checks on limbs and ensure safety through frequent ambulation and repositioning.
• Implement orthopedic precautions and assist in comprehensive pain control.
• Utilize GE wireless telemetry boxes and Welch Allen vital sign machines to monitor patient conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care Telemetry RN experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Preferred: NIH Certification, trauma/ortho experience, neuro/stroke experience.
