Are you a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional care? Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our Nursing Home team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on resident care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to delivering quality, resident-centered care.
This position is primarily based in our Nursing Home. Cross-training and occasional floating to the Hospital and Commons Assisted Living Facility may be required based on resident care needs and staffing requirements.

- $3.00/hour for night shifts
- $4.00/hour for weekend shifts
Schedule
- Part-time
- 6:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
- Rotating weekends and holidays
What You'll Do
- Assist licensed nursing staff in providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
- Provide direct care under the supervision of an RN or LPN while maintaining resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Protect resident privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in required training, continuing education, and competency development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to cross-train and float to other Hopedale Medical Complex departments as needed.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing:
- Federal and State criminal background checks.
- Drug and alcohol screening.
Hopedale Medical Complex tests for both illegal and legal substances, including cannabis (THC).
