Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred; 0 years of minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive evaluations and developing appropriate treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Ensures timely, accurate medical record documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. Participates in the clinical training and supervision of students, fostering a positive learning environment. Actively pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional organization involvement. Adheres to all regulatory standards, maintains licensure in good standing, and demonstrates compliance with organizational performance improvement initiatives.
