Job Description
Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicants for a Duty Aide position at Pickerington Elementary. This is a 3.5-hour per day position, 186 day contract.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Demonstrated interest in working with children.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with others.
- Ability to supervise small and large groups, and respond quickly to student needs.
- Ability to follow directions and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with peers.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse populations.
