What you get to do:You’ll help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. You will:Create ambassador schedules and maintains Kronos reportsPrepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reportsAddress complaints and resolve problemsSupervise and train ambassadorsPlan, assign and direct workOrder and maintain products and suppliesEnsure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction and facility sanitation commitments are maintained to standardsEnter notifications for any needed repairs to keep facility maintained to standardsRecord the day’s events in communication logContact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facilityMaintain repair log and control labor costCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problemsEnsure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needsOther duties assignedOccasionally assist other location and areas throughout the park as neededWhat it takes to succeed:Have an Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experienceHave strong written and verbal communication skillsHave strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions and decimalsAbility to compute rate, ratio, percent, and be able to create and interpret graphsHave working knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteAble to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification upon selectionAble to pass Alcohol training test upon selectionAble to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers cardAble to lift 55 pounds with or without accommodations and stand for prolonged periods of timeAble to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl or kneelAble to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environmentAble to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., sunny, wet and/or humid conditions)Able to positively interact with park guests and coworkers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Entertainment Places
