Dental Hygienist

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to become a part of our team.

Working Hours: Mondays and Fridays from 7 AM to 1 PM (Administrative Days); Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7 AM to 5 PM (subject to change in June/July to 6:30 AM - 4 PM).

We are the largest dental support organization in the country, offering non-clinical administrative assistance to over 3,000 dental professionals across 39 states and the District of Columbia, operating in more than 1,900 dental practices. Each office we support is tailored to its community and the patients it serves. Our supported professionals maintain full clinical autonomy and lead their practices while adhering to their own care philosophies. All team members share a unified mission: to provide exceptional dental care and outstanding patient experiences.

In states such as CT, MD, NC, NV, and WA, hygienists work for a supported professional corporation (PC) and are not directly employed by our organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.

• Open to recent graduates.
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
• Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
• Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with all necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL and TN.
