Citizen Information Specialist Public Help & Research

Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Boston is seeking a Public Information Specialist to answer citizen inquiries via telephone, email and mail, and to assist in making state government more accessible. You will be cross-trained to support other divisions and handle high-volume inquiries with courteous service.
