Travel RN – Cath Lab

Wichita, Kansas | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Join the Cardiovascular Lab team at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. This is a 1:1 patient care environment with a small, experienced team and a mix of interventional cardiac procedures.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Cath Lab RN
• Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Unit: Cardiovascular Lab
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Unit Size: 4 beds
• Team: 9 RNs and 3 techs
• EMR: Meditech
• Cath Lab System: Mac-Lab
• Equipment: Philips fluoroscopy

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

Preferred Experience

• Mac-Lab experience
• Meditech experience

Common Procedures

Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Cardiac drips
• Angioplasty
• Stent placement
• Interventional cardiovascular procedures

Call Requirements

• Approximately 1 night of call per week
• Approximately 1 weekend of call per month
