Quality Control ManagerWe're looking for a Construction Quality Control Manager with USACE experience for a growing civil contractor working on crucial American infrastructure. This project is expected to last for the next several years after which the company would move you to another project in the Gulf Coast region (most likely).Plus, we're offering relocation assistance to El Paso for the right candidate.What You'll Get$100,000-$150,000 base salaryApprox. 10% annual bonus opportunity401(k) with 4% matchApprox. 90% employer-paid health, dental and vision3+ weeks PTORequirementsTexas PE OR ABET-accredited engineering degreeUSACE CQM-C Certification5+ YEARS QC exp2+ years structural concrete experience2+ years structural backfill experienceIf you meet the requirements, apply today.Benefits401k w/ up to 4% matchUnlimited PTO (on average employees take 3-4 weeks off per year)~90% of medical/dental/vision insurance paid for by employerBonus: Targeted at ~10% annually, based on individual and company performance.
