Benefits Testing Analyst

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $35 - $40 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute functional and regression testing for Workday Benefits configuration, including:
    • Benefit eligibility rules and benefit groups
    • Benefit plan updates and cross plan dependencies
    • Enrollment events related to employee changes
  • Validate benefit deductions and alignment with payroll, including timing, rounding, and effective dating scenarios
  • Execute assigned test scripts, document results, and clearly capture defects and test evidence
  • Support system, acceptance, and payroll related testing cycles as needed
  • Partner with benefits SMEs, payroll, and product teams to validate fixes and retest outcomes
  • Provide concise testing status updates and defect summaries
