This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.In the role of BIM Model Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Assisting with the management of the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire projectHave an understanding of how all disciplines interact and how construction documents are producedWork directly with more advanced Digital Delivery Leads to execute the digital deliverables outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP)Begin the project initiation procedure, establishing the server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables outlined in the project scopeExecute the digital deliverables and support the production team throughout the project durationProvide technical support, while communicating the deliverable schedule to the project teamMaintain quality, this individual will monitor the model health and coordination processes of the project, from the planning phase thru issue of construction documentsAssist with the development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP)Establish the document management system and maintain the server infrastructure for multi-discipline projectsEnsure the team has the appropriate software, versions, access, and training needed to execute the project requirementsGenerate and maintain model setup including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, sheets, and general models, to accommodate the disciplines and project requirementsMonitor and maintain company standards and model healthHost Digital Delivery coordination meetings with the project team to ensure optimal quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processesCommunicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange process at predetermined milestonesProject archiving at submittals and closeoutEngage in close and effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clientsPreferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC)Experience with clash detection software and proceduresExperience with BIM automation tools and proceduresExperience with Microsoft and Google productsExperience with Newforma, ProjectWise, Procore, and similar softwareExcellent communication skillsStrong organization and time management skillsA collaborative, team-minded character#LI-EV1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructureCompetency of Microsoft Office products and communication toolsExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essentialBasic understanding of engineering or architectural conceptsWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
