Program Manager

Duties

Plan, schedule, and conduct complex projects and comprehensive studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program.

Plan, assign, and review work of subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and capabilities of employees ensuring that production and accuracy requirements are met.

Exercise expert analysis of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness.

Provide leadership, direction and oversight responsibility for the programs and project management activities related to execution of various Civil Works Programs.

Collects, consolidates, analyses, shares data and products to include trend analysis and project program scheduling.
