Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a geriatric caseload, requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience along with a WV or compact RN license.

Details

Home Health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population

Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day

Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend coverage

On-call responsibilities required, details to be discussed during interview

Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR system

Travel territory up to a 60-mile radius from the office hub, requiring flexibility across the territory

Requirements

Active WV or compact RN license required in hand

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required

OASIS experience required

HCHB EMR experience required

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric home health patients

Dress code requires scrubs in any color, no jeans permitted

Company-provided iPad for charting and documentation

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
