Verify information needed such as title commitments, UCC filings, environmental reports, appraisals, flood insurance and look over the correct tax documentation for underwriting; must review for accuracy. Review loan documents; ensure proper vesting, legal descriptions, dates, signatures, etc. Track and follow up on maintenance of files including but not limited to rate and payment changes, automatic payment, online banking, insurance, UCC renewals, financial statements and tax returns, corporate verification of status, inspections, etc. Make sure loan files are monitored correctly and suggest changes to be made and make sure they are accurate. Confirm all loans booked have the proper approvals and signatures in the loan file. Prepare monthly report from your findings to Senior Management. May maintain and balance commercial loan holdover accounts monthly. Review the underwriting of tax returns and financial statements as presented in the loan presentation. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Regular, on-site attendance during standard business hours is required to perform the duties of this position. Regular and predictable attendance in order to accomplish assigned job duties. About You Required education and experience/qualifications: 3-5 years of banking experience with underwriting and financial analysis responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. Tax analysis experience. Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain quality customer service. Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service experience. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other basic office equipment. WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level.
