Department Overview The role Manager, Data Analytics bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing data requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This role involves gathering business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and working with data engineers, analysts, and architects to implement effective data solutions. Duties Requirement Translation: Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications for data models, ETL process, and reporting tools. Documentation Management: Oversee the maintenance and updating of technical documentation Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensure alignment between business logic and technical implementation Project Leadership: Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery Advanced Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements Work closely with data engineers, architects, and developers to design and optimize data pipelines Ensure data accessibility and usability for business users. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field +5 years of experience in business analysis or related technical field Strong SQL skills and experience with databases, knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts Exposure to programming (Python, etc.) for data analysis is a plus Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies Excellence communication skills between technical and non-technical teams Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Salary Range The expected salary range for this role is $127,332.00 - $159,165.00 per year.
