Travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer - Sonography/Ultrasound

American Traveler is hiring a Vascular Sonographer with 2+ years of dedicated vascular lab experience for a small, primarily outpatient vascular ultrasound lab.

Job Details

• Small vascular lab staffed with 3 full-time and 2 per diem sonographers,
• Primarily outpatient exams with some inpatient studies and rare portable scans,
• Generous scan times,
• Mostly adult patients with very rare pediatric cases,
• 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Wednesdays off,
• Rotating call approximately every 4th or 5th weekend from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM,
• May be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin locations,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated acute care vascular lab experience required,
• Unit-specific experience within the last 6 months preferred, with tentative approval for experience within the last 9 months,
• Active NH license required at time of submission (license required if applicable),
• BLS certification required,
• Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) by CCI or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by ARDMS required,
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required,
• Open to pediatric-inexperienced candidates given sufficient vascular lab background,

• Local candidates accepted within 50 miles at a local rate,
• Weekly orientation provided,
• Former perm staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
