Engineer

Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and service calls with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations

Support pool, beach, and outdoor facility maintenance to ensure a high-quality resort experience

Maintain proper records of work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment servicing

Ensure compliance with all safety standards, brand requirements, and local regulations

Assist with special projects, renovations, and emergency repairs as needed

Previous experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance preferred

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices

Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required in a resort environment
