Compensation Hourly base pay range: $15.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. Work Schedule Part‑time shifts between 4pm – 12am. Benefits Accident insurance Critical illness insurance Hospital indemnity insurance Telemedicine benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Summary The Greeter is responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel, hospital or casino and local areas in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner. Additionally, the Greeter assists with guest inquiries, directions, and initial questions regarding the facility or services. Essential Functions Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, patients, co‑workers, and clients – 25% Answer the telephone promptly and politely within client/Towne Park standards; use salutations of the day – 25% Demonstrate a willingness and ability to assist others; monitor and respond to emergencies on a priority basis – 10% Practice proper phone etiquette; assist visitors with directions, information, and other inquiries – 15% Provide guests/patients with information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and main attractions; maintain confidentiality; deliver messages or items as requested – 15% Report all accidents and incidents observed on shift to Guest Service Coordinator or Account Manager immediately; use only trained equipment – 10% All other duties – 10% Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Minimum age 18 and successful criminal background and drug screen. Work Experience: One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge: Phone system, codes and alarms, two‑way radios, disaster phone, fire panel, surveillance system. Skills: Read, speak, and write standard English; understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; type and use basic computer skills; prioritize tasks; stay calm in stress. Scope of Authority The job is fairly routine; decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Requires regular talking/hearing, frequent sitting or standing, occasional lifting up to 50lbs, and other physical demands described above.
