Provider Enrollment Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Enrollment Auditor for our client. This position is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining healthcare provider enrollment records while ensuring that applications and supporting documentation are complete, current, accurate, and compliant with applicable federal and state requirements.

• Review provider enrollment and revalidation applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Validate detailed and sensitive information using federal and state databases.
• Verify provider credentials, licenses, National Provider Identifier information, Medicare enrollment, and other required documentation.
• Contact providers by email, telephone, or online portal when information is incomplete or requires clarification.
• Enter and update provider information in applicable enrollment systems.
• Upload, organize, and maintain documentation according to established procedures.
• Follow applicable policies, regulations, and quality-control requirements.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Protect confidential provider and program information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience reviewing and validating detailed or sensitive information using web-based verification sources preferred.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet research and navigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing procedures and priorities.
