Financial Systems Business Analyst Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Financial Systems Business Analyst to support the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, hands-on experience with enterprise data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers. This role requires a collaborative, client-focused professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities for this position may include: Conducting financial analysis, including developing cost projections and trend analysis. Building, tracking, and reporting on financial metrics to ensure required services are delivered to the client on schedule and within scope. Partnering with the client to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop new tools to streamline contract compliance within the command. Providing ERP platform support for Non-labor and Labor (Financial Accounting-FA/ Funds Management - FM/Project Systems - PS) functions. Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement. Work Environment: Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and/or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Physical Demands: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer. Travel: 0-10% / Minimal travel expected: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience. Must be able to pass a Tier 1 federal investigation. Minimum of 12 months of related accounting, budget, or financial management experience. Strong experience in process automation and data visualization using Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI and/or VBA. Hands-on experience with at least one modern analytics or automation tool (e.g., Python, SQL, Databricks, UiPath, or SAS). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Professional proficiency in English is required.
