Job TitleAnalyze statistical data such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability & retirement rates, construct probability tables to forecast risk & liability for payment of future benefits. Conduct M&A (Merger & Acquisitions) due diligence incl. review of assumptions, risks & operations of Variable Annuities and/or Fixed Indexed Annuities business. Evaluate appropriateness of exotic derivatives in reducing a company's risk exposure. Determine impact of various risk mgmt. programs for M&A transactions. Implement financial modeling & tech. solutions using MG-ALFA & Integrate.Require: Master's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics with conc. in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Science with conc. in Actuarial Science, or equivalent. Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification reqd. Permanent US work auth. reqd.Salary range offered= $51 to $55 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, life/disability insurance.
