What You'll Do

• Coordinate and deliver patient care for adult and geriatric populations in a stepdown setting
• Participate in patient and family teaching to support recovery and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ancillary nursing staff
• Maintain standards of professional nursing practice in a fast-paced environment
• Follow unit protocols and assist with patient assessments and documentation in Epic EMR
• Provide leadership and support to other nursing team members
• Ensure compliance with all medical and health regulations within 5 days of acceptance

What You Need

• Valid NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant RN experience (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a team-oriented environment
