Job Overview We are looking for a dependable Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling plastic products and components, inspecting finished goods, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, and takes pride in producing quality products.

- Assemble plastic parts and subassemblies according to production specifications.
- Rotate between workstations as production needs require.
- Trim excess plastic material from molded parts using approved cutting tools.
- Use a torch to remove minor cosmetic defects, including scratches, trim marks, and white haze.
- Position and fasten components together using screws, bolts, snaps, and other fastening methods.
- Operate as part of an assembly line, completing assigned tasks before passing products to the next station.
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Assemble boxes and prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
- Gather packaging materials and production supplies as needed.
- Stretch wrap completed bundles for storage or shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, knives, reamers, and cutting tools.
- Ability to safely operate air-powered tools including drills and screw guns.
- Ability to safely use a torch during the finishing process.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Regularly lift up to 10 pounds.
- Frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and maintain attention to detail throughout the workday.
