J ob Title: RN – Telephone Triage
Location: Newton, MA 02459
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day (08:00 AM – 05:30 PM), 40 hours/week
Local Pay: $45 - $50 hourly
Traveler Pay: $2200 - $2400 weekly

• Conduct telephone triage and patient assessment.
• Provide patient education and teaching on health management and preventive care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care across clinical and community resources.
• Assist providers with follow-up of test results and patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Participate in weekly orientation and training sessions .

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Experience in telephone triage or care coordination preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
