• Engage in skilled labor tasks related to data center maintenance.
• Read and interpret minor blueprints to assist in construction-related tasks.
• Manage materials efficiently to support ongoing construction activities.

Essential Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand minor blueprints.
• Proficiency in rough construction housekeeping and cleaning.
• Experience in material management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Understanding of rough construction processes.

Work Environment

This position is based in a data center located outdoors in Frederick, MD. The role requires working in an outdoor setting, handling various construction-related tasks, and maintaining a clean environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Frederick, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
