Site Civil Project Manager Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team in Charlotte, NC. What You'll Do As a Project Manager , you will provide both technical leadership and project management oversight for a variety of land development projects. You will collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver high-quality solutions from concept through construction. Responsibilities Lead design teams on land development projects, including site layout, grading, erosion control, stormwater management, utility design, and related engineering calculations and reports. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain client relationships while supporting business development, marketing, and proposal efforts. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff. Coordinate project submittals and regulatory approvals with local and state agencies. Collaborate with department leadership and Dewberry offices nationwide to expand services, strengthen existing client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Required Skills & Required Experience 6-10 years of experience in the design and management of land development and capital improvement projects. Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license required, or ability to obtain NC licensure within two months of hire. Strong proficiency with: AutoCAD Civil 3D Stormwater modeling software Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, project budgets, and schedules. Experience providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering staff.
