Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Email and App Marketing teams. This role will help coordinate campaigns, manage schedules and deliverables, and ensure projects move through review and approval accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate multiple email and app marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track. Maintain campaign calendars, schedules, and project timelines, keeping information accurate and up to date. Circulate marketing materials for proofing, editing, and approval, and follow up with teams on outstanding feedback. Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate campaign activities, communicate updates, and flag potential issues or delays. Support campaign execution and quality assurance using tools such as Litmus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other marketing platforms. Ensure accuracy across campaign details, data entry, reports, and marketing materials. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other campaign-related materials. Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the Email and App Marketing teams. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, priorities, and deadlines at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Comfortable working cross-functionally and following up with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
