Senior Accountant

Overview firstPRO is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a temporary assignment, with the potential to extend and go permanent, and requires someone who can start immediately. Looking to hire ASAP! Location: Berwyn, PA — Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Pay Rate: $35–$38/hr Key Responsibilities Process high-volume transactions with three-way match (PO, invoice, receiving) in NetSuite Record bank transactions, deposits, transfers, payments, receipts, and interest Maintain accurate vendor records, support onboarding, and respond to inquiries Assist month-end close, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and reporting related to COGS and inventory purchases Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests Identify and escalate issues related to payments, fraud, or process deviations Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, inventory, and logistics teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3–6 years of Accounts Payable or relevant accounting experience Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required Advanced Excel skills and experience handling high-volume transactions Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Seniority level Associate Employment type Temporary Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Marketing Services and Technology, Information and Media Benefits 401(k) Medical insurance Vision insurance Disability insurance Tuition assistance Paid paternity leave Child care support Paid maternity leave Student loan assistance Get notified about new Accountant jobs in Berwyn, PA. #J-18808-Ljbffr firstPRO, Inc
