Member Services Assistant

Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission! They are looking for a personable detail-oriented Member Services Assistant with 3+ years of administrative, database management, customer service, and/or data entry experience. This will be an on-site opportunity located in Washington, DC. The contract duration is 6 weeks (with potential to extend). salary: $23 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Provide customer service and administrative support for membership services unit. Answer calls and emails. Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses using established guidance, templates, and escalation protocols. Identify recurring issues or trends in inquiries and flag them for program staff as appropriate. Support other, time-sensitive operational tasks, as assigned by program staff. Other administrative duties.
