Phlebotomist- FLOAT

Labcorp seeks a float phlebotomist in Flemington, New Jersey to perform blood collections across multiple sites. The role involves venipuncture and capillary specimen collection, patient data entry, and customer service with flexible scheduling including rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other analyses
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately and timely
- Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information as needed
- Travel to additional clinical sites as required and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year phlebotomy experience or accredited certification/training program
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least 21 years old
Compensation: $17.75-$24.00 per hour plus $1.00/hr float incentive and mileage reimbursement
