What You’ll Do You’ll be the central hub that keeps our field running smoothly Receive and document emergency & non‑emergency calls Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skillset Monitor field technicians and optimize their schedules for maximum efficiency Schedule appointments using right tech / right call guidelines Enter accurate customer and call information into our system Communicate clearly with techs, customers, and leadership Support a fast‑moving service department with professionalism and confidence Your decisions directly impact productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue — and we trust you with that responsibility. What You Bring Previous dispatching experience (required) Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch Bonus Experience with ServiceTitan Strong attention to detail A team‑first attitude Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to quality Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast‑paced environment Requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
