We're seeking a used car sales representative who is passionate about sharing our high-quality automotive models' key features! Our ideal candidate has experience working in a vehicle sales showroom, dealership, or similar retail sales environment. You bring experience with negotiation scenarios, and you make customer satisfaction a priority while meeting sales goals. You should navigate the dealership floor with professionalism and confidence. $80,000 - $150,000

• Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
• Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department
• Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience
• Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings
• Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics

• Knowledge and interest in used car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships’ financing options, and sales management necessary
• GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree a plus
• A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required
• Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount
