Job Summary:
Our Global Account Managers are responsible for supporting our customers through full-cycle project management. Projects encompass collaboration in design, procurement, trials, production, and logistics of final products.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and drive a diverse array of complex projects for PAXXUS clients, managing all facets of project execution
Conduct regular on-site/in-person reviews with clients to evaluate performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities
Act as trusted advisor to clients and deliver timely, thoughtful solutions to inquiries
Cultivate robust business relationships and partnerships on a global scale
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required, Engineering-related field preferred
3+ years' experience in healthcare packaging sales account management
Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle for customer visits
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
Proven project management success with experience proactively integrating with other internal departments including shipping and logistics (not only external customers)
Strong written & verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams and customers
Job Type: Full-time
