Accounts Receivable Clerk

Join burton+BURTON, the world's largest B2B wholesaler of balloons, giftware, and home décor. Locally owned and family-operated for over 44 years, we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting team. This position will focus on processing credit card transactions, assisting customers, and providing support to the Accounting Department.
Experience/Education Requirements
• Required: Previous accounting, accounts receivable, or payment-processing experience
• Required: Minimum associate’s degree

What You’ll Do
• Monitor and process credit card orders
• Process credit card refunds
• Process miscellaneous credit card payments
• Complete daily credit card settlements
• Assist customers with credit card questions and issues
• Provide backup and support to coworkers throughout the Accounting Department
• Help with other accounting duties as needed
